Your Investment:

The franchisee will operate a fast casual restaurant under the name “Can’t Stop Smokin’” featuring barbeque menu items, such as pork, beef and poultry, side dishes, desserts, beverages and preservative-free beef jerky in a mountain style smokehouse setting. With our consent, Can’t Stop Smokin’ Restaurant may offer beer. Can’t Stop Smokin’ Restaurants operate using the franchisor’s formula, and techniques, trade dress, and trademarks and logos.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Can’t Stop Smokin’ franchise is $206,700 to $549,100. This includes between $31,000 to $32,500 that must be paid to the franchisor and/or its affiliate, as appropriate. Please see Items 5 and 7 of the FDD for additional details.

If you enter into a Multi-Unit Operator Agreement to develop at least three Restaurants, when you sign the Multi-Unit Operator Agreement you will pay a reservation fee equal to $13,750 for each Restaurant to be developed under the Multi-Unit Operator Agreement. The total investment under a Multi-Unit Operator Agreement will vary depending on the number of Restaurants to be developed.

We may also offer to certain qualified people the right to become a Development Agent. A Development Agent will pay a Development Agent Rights fee equal to $27,500 plus $2,750 for each unit to be developed in the Development Area. A Development Agent must open and operate at least one Restaurant, and a Development Agent will share in some of the fees paid to us.
